Students have finished their summative task on the unit ‘Revolution’ under the TD theme ‘Where we are in place and time’. Their work has been put on display outside the music class.

Summative Task - Choose an instrument and modify at least one aspect of the instrument with your own imaginative ideas and explain the same giving relevant illustrations and information.

After a long period of arduous work and numerous practice sessions, the Student Led Conference finally took off on a successful note on Thursday afternoon and ended with a huge sense of satisfaction and pride on Friday afternoon. 22nd and 23rd March 2012 were marked as two very important days in the academic lives of the students as Student Led Conference is the only formal opportunity for the parents to go through their children's learning led by the students. The students worked very hard putting together their work for their portfolios, making interesting games to play with their parents and practicing how to present their learning in a formal fashion to their parents. The whole experience was overwhelming for the parents as well as the teachers as the students surpassed all expectations and rose to the occasion brimming with confidence.
